Results of Community Survey 1

The Board of Directors would like to thank all of the residents that participated in our first Community Survey. These Community Surveys will be used by the Board to assess the current state of the Association, and gain further insight as to the possible future direction and betterment of our Community.

Courtsey Patrols
A. Fully fund the original budgeted amount set aside for Community Patrols. B. Continue the “Community Shared Patrol Program” with South Point at a 46% reduction in cost to the Association. C. Eliminate the courtesy patrols from the budget.

Maintenance of ditches
A. I would like the association to allocate money to maintain the ditches. B. I would prefer to maintain my own property, including any ditches, at my own expense.
